How do I get a receipt for my payment?

Online transactions immediately generate a receipt in your profile. Once you complete your transaction, the system will return you to your profile. Hover over the "My Profile" tab and then select "View Transactions" from the list of items.

How can I get an invoice to submit to my institution for payment?

Complete the online transaction, selecting "send check" as your payment method. 

Go to your profile. Click on the "My Profile" tab and then select "View Transactions" from the list of items. Your receipt will show a balance due.

Open the receipt by clicking on the . Then print it by clicking on the . Submit the receipt and confirmation email as your invoice.


What payment methods are available?

You may opt to pay by check, MasterCard or Visa, or EFT. 


My institution needs the receipt to contain WLA's address in order to reimburse me, and I don't see that on the receipt I printed from my profile. What can I do?

In addition to generating a receipt, completing your online transaction generates an email message to you, confirming the purpose of your transaction. The signature in that email will contain WLA's mailing address and other contact information. Simply attach that to your receipt for submission to accounts payable.
