This position supervises 10-15 part-time circulation staff. Supervisory tasks including hiring, training, evaluating, scheduling, and terminating. In addition to this, the circulation supervisor acts in a general managerial role as a part of the 5 person library leadership team. The leadership team supports each other in pursuing the Portage Public Library’s mission under the guidance of the library director and library board
