PUBLIC LIBRARY DIRECTOR, WINNECONNE, WI. Full-time exempt position for a creative and energetic individual to lead the Village of Winneconne Library. Must qualify for a Grade Three Wisconsin Public Library Certification and pass a confidential background check. Responsible to the Winneconne Library Board for developing programs for area residents of all ages, managing staff and volunteers, and developing library collections. Also responsible for proposing long-range plans and implementing through policy and operation those plans approved by the Library Board. Collaborates with the Village Administrator on proposed annual budget. Computer and technology experience and competency, strong interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability are essential. Knowledge of or experience with joint libraries is preferred. Salary $41,000-$47,000 per year depending upon experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits package.
