YOUTH SERVICES LIBRARIAN
The Hatch Public Library in Mauston, Wisconsin is seeking an energetic, creative and community focused candidate for the full-time position of Youth Services Librarian. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with patrons of all ages, and will be responsible for all youth programming and services. A successful candidate will be skilled at storytelling, knowledgeable of children’s literature, have a genuine ability to relate to kids and their parents, and enjoy working in a fast paced and changing environment.
The Hatch Public Library serves the active, rural community of Mauston, Wisconsin, with a municipal population of 4,499 and a service population of 13,159. It is strategically located on I90-I94 only one hour either way to Madison or La Crosse. The Hatch Public Library is a member of Winding Rivers Library System.
This is a full-time position, with varied hours including some required evenings and weekends. Salary range is $38,000- $42,000 depending upon qualifications, and includes an excellent benefit package.
