JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing and coordinating office, staff, and administrative support for the Library Director; for preparing Library Board agendas, reports, and minutes; and for other duties such as assisting in processing accounts, budget preparations, purchasing, and related functions. Position reports to Library Director.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from an accredited institution or relevant business or finance degree preferred. In lieu of degree, any combination of business and finance education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
