The Coloma Public Library, Coloma, WI seeks a dynamic, creative Director 32 hours per week annually. The CPL is located in the Anna Follett Memorial Center near the juncture of Hwy 21 and I39 in Waushara County. Our small, quiet village (population 450) is progressive and supportive of its modern, friendly library. CPL’s staff provides and supports learning and activities for all ages.
Qualifications for Director include, but are not limited to:
Required
54 college credits minimum
Eligibility for Grade 3 Wisconsin Public Librarian Certification
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in related computer skills
Staff management skills
General knowledge of budget development
Preferred:
Public Library Experience
Skill in grant-writing and/or developing revenue sources
Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications: ($15-$18 range)
