Volunteers Needed for the 2026 WLA Annual Conference

 Help make the 2026 WLA Annual Conference a welcoming and successful experience for attendees, presenters, and exhibitors!

We are recruiting volunteers to assist throughout the conference, October 20–23 in Middleton. Whether you volunteer for one shift or several, your help makes a huge difference.

Most volunteer opportunities are for:

  • Room Monitors, who help presenters prepare, distribute handouts, count attendance, provide timing reminders, and help sessions stay on schedule.

  • Conference Ambassadors, who welcome attendees, provide directions, answer questions, and help people reach sessions and activities on time.

We also need volunteers for several special conference events, including the WLA Foundation Trivia Fundraiser and WLA Awards and Honors.

Volunteer opportunities are organized by day. Please select the day or days that work best for you:

 

Help with the WLA Foundation Basket Raffle

The WLA Foundation is also seeking volunteers to help with this year’s basket raffle throughout the conference. Tasks include organizing and wrapping baskets, selling raffle tickets, and verifying winners during basket pickup.

 

Volunteers will receive instructions before the conference. No previous experience is needed. If you have questions or concerns about any of the roles, contact Emily Rogers at [email protected].
