The Lawton Memorial Library is currently seeking Library Assistant/Youth Services applicants. The position is an average of 22 hours per week with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour.
The Library Assistant/Youth Services position is responsible for frontline customer service to patrons in a small but mighty library. This would include reference and circulation activities, processing material and any other myriad of duties as assigned by the director. In addition, this position will assist the director with planning and promoting library programs for youth.
Lawton Memorial Library is in La Farge Wisconsin and part of the Winding Rivers Library Consortium. We are located in the heart of the Driftless area along the Kickapoo River and have a population of 720.
