The Head of Interlibrary Loan is responsible for managing the daily activities of a large and complex Interlibrary Loan operation. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, directing daily operations, and resolving complex, non-routine issues and questions. This position will also collaborate with colleagues in the UW-Madison Libraries and the Big Ten Academic Alliance to develop and implement complex projects to improve Interlibrary Loan services.
