The L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library in downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin is proud of its mission to promote lifelong learning, create collaborative spaces, and support open access to diverse materials and resources. Due to an upcoming retirement, the library is seeking a forward-looking and collaborative professional with strong communication, leadership, and managerial skills to lead the Technical Services division. This person will manage and coordinate the acquisition, cataloging, and processing of library materials; supervise an experienced staff; be part of the management team; and so much more.

This is a full-time exempt position, 40 hours per week. The 2024 salary range starts at $36.03 per hour. The proposed schedule includes primarily daytime hours, with occasional evening and weekend shifts when needed. This position is eligible for our comprehensive benefit package.
