The Hartland Public Library is seeking applications for a forward-thinking Circulation Supervisor to join our team. The Circulation Supervisor directs all circulation services and manages circulation staff. This position is responsible for developing and enforcing policies and procedures, creating an exemplary standard for customer service, and managing services that reflect the vision of the Library and the needs of the community.
Essential job duties include the scheduling and supervision of circulation staff, stacks maintenance, and management of the local circulation computer system. Essential skills include an advanced ability to learn and instruct others on a variety of technologies, customer service, and the gathering and interpretation of statistics. This position is eligible for health insurance, paid and sick time off, and inclusion in the Wisconsin Retirement System. This position is full-time (40 hours a week), and starting salary is between $21 - $24 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
