Northern Waters Library Service, an eight county federated library system headquartered in Ashland, Wisconsin is seeking a full time ILS Administrator and a full time Assistant Director/ILS Assistant.
ILS Administrator
Under supervision of the Director, the ILS Administrator is responsible for:
Managing the efficient operation of the NWLS functions of Integrated Library System (ILS), Merlin.
Providing professional and courteous ILS administrative support, training, and services to NWLS libraries.
Designing and maintaining the NWLS website.
Assistant Director/ILS Assistant
Under the supervision of the Director, this position assists in managing the shared automated system database and the Cooperative Cataloging program, maintains the integrity of the database, provides professional and courteous ILS administrative support, training, and services to NWLS libraries, and assists the Director in system operations and functions.
