University of Wisconsin-River Falls seeks a Community Archivist. This full-time academic staff position works with the University Archivist and Records Manager to manage the daily operation of the University Archives and Area Research Center. The Community Archivist provides research and reference services, including instruction and outreach; processes and catalogs collections; and assists with student worker hiring and supervision. This position also serves as a liaison to designated academic and administrative departments, participates in collection development activities for assigned areas, and works with library colleagues to develop a vision for implementing creative services and utilizing emerging technologies to meet the changing needs and expectations of our users.
