The Slinger Community Library is seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, technology savvy, curious and creative Youth Services Librarian with a passion for learning and collaboration in an ever-changing environment. This position reports to the Library Director. Main duties include developing, implementing, and advertising a wide variety of children’s, teen and family programs, organizing and maintaining children’s, juvenile and teen collections, and providing outreach to the Slinger community.
This 32-hour position will include daytime, evening and Saturday rotation hours, plus regular time at our Circulation Desk in addition to the core youth services duties. Salary is $15/hr with excellent benefits. Must have experience working with children preferably in a library setting.
