Viterbo University invites applications for a Library Circulation Manager. The Circulation Manager oversees services that take place at the library's Main Desk including circulation, interlibrary loan, referring reference inquires to librarians, and supervising Main Desk staff and student workers. This full-time, administrative position works Monday-Friday and participates in library staff meetings as well as employee assembly and potential campus committees.
Qualifications: Baccalaureate degree plus a minimum of two years of direct supervision; experience working in a library setting; strong customer service skills; understanding of interlibrary loan; familiarity and ability to troubleshoot technology; ability to work both independently and collegially; detail-oriented; proficiency in Microsoft products. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Viterbo University is unable to sponsor or take over the sponsorship of the employment Visa.
