Library Assistant I (Circulation) at the Sun Prairie Public Library
Join an experienced team of library assistants in a busy suburban library that circulates 50,000+ items every month. Under the direction of the Head of Access and Circulation Services, performs a variety of library circulation functions at a public service desk as well as in an office environment. Includes checking materials in and out, creating and updating patron accounts, processing incoming and outgoing delivery, and assisting patrons at a service desk. Requires strong customer service and technology skills, and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
24 hours per week, evenings and Sundays:
Monday – Thursday: 4:15pm - 9:15pm
Sundays: 1pm - 5pm
Starting pay rate: $18.63 per hour
